what you’ll need:

  • half an onion - diced
  • 3-4 sticks of celary (FULL STICKS)
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 lb ground beef

Season how you please, I just used salt and pepper with the vegetables and a little sugar. Then with the groundbeef I just used teriyaki and soy sauce.

Here are some pictures :D

Just stick in the freezer to dry and harden a bit, then take out and fry!

I had the Galbi Tang soup - Spicy w/ clear noodles and a side of white rice.

It had egg, short ribs, green onions, egg, and peppers. Reeeal good :]

Afterwards they gave us these tiny bowls filled with a mix of water, shaved ice, cinnamon, vanilla, and some type of mint. It was soo good, it helped with your breath and to get rid of any after taste and it helped your throat aswell!
